职位描述
职责;
1.Manages the assurance of supply for assigned commodities and/or projects. Ensures all Procurement objectives are executed according to plan. Critical activities include review and convert purchase requisition to PO and manage through paymeny
2.Identifies and acts on opportunities to minimize the total cost of ownership within assigned commodities and/or projects. Reviews, reports, and recommends action related to those commodities and projects in accordance with the business objectives.
3.Participates in supplier selection and assists in negotiations and the writing of purchase agreements for parts and services.
4.Participates in supplier expectation setting and review meetings for appropriate commodities and/or projects.
5.Supports the Procurement team to ward achieving department/team goals. Makes continuous contributions toward team measures and performance in supply chain areas such as physical inventory management and financial goals regarding lead-time reduction, inventory reductions and cost reductions.
6.May participate in or coordinate the procurement and negotiation efforts for several organizations within Agilent to obtain the most leverage for Agilent and the best total cost package.
7.Uses understanding of supply chain management to facilitate the introduction of programs such as shared controllership, supplier managed inventory, and direct delivery with suppliers.
8.Conducts all business activities in accordance with Agilent’s Standard of Business Conduct.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Materials Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.Nearly 2-3 years procurement related work experience.
3.Basic knowledge/understanding of procurement practices, terms, negotiation concepts, and business law.

4Basic knowledge/understanding of financial and analytical principles and the ability to apply them in a business environment.

5.Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

6.Basic English skills, verbal and written, CET-6 is a must.
