Summary of Client 公司简介:
Headquartered in USA, with over 100 history, our client is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of a diverse array of electronic components, sensors and actuators. It’s Guangdong factory mainly produces automotive electronic components, such as variable resistors, DIP switch, automotive sensors, electronic controllers.
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: Sales Director – China
Subordinate: None
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Define a tactical plan to pursue target opportunities & key customers as identified through market analysis.
2. Strategic relationship management of existing and target customers. Build relationships with prospective customers & strategic partners.
3. Develop new customer to win suitable projects with conquest team, meanwhile secure more projects from existing customers.
4. Responsible for the commercial activities, conduct new business and potential partner meetings and negotiations, develop and manage the sign off of contracts.
5. Promote the customer mind-set/needs within the internal organization from Program concept through to production.
6. Manage the running projects from sales perspective, like to support the activities for cost reduction projects.
7. Mainly focus on SGM, GAC-FCA and Chery.
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree in relevant engineering or other technical related field.
2. At least 5 years experience in sales, account management or technical projects in Automotive, including at least 3 years working experience with SGM/PATAC is a must.
3. Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
4. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
5. Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
