职位描述
1. Contact with the agents for expats’ look-see trip and make appointments with the school and medical center.
2. Handle all expats’ leasing contracts, moving contracts, auto contracts and some admin contracts submission including the case not handled.
3. Submit the new vendor request form (create and change)
4. In charge of expats’ hotel booking and car arrangements as HR requirements.
5. Send reminder letter to expats whose leasing contract will be expired in three month and handle the housing lease
6. Apply for the cash advance and follow up the payments refund.
7. In charge of moving service for expats including inbound and outbound.
8. Collect the rental invoices and make record to HR twice a week
9. Follow up rental deposit refund and updated the deposit list with finance monthly.
10. Do SAP (payment) for moving fee, school fee, hotel fee and immigration fee.
11. Contact the expats who is eligible for the car & driver to arrange the car & driver.
12. Let Expats know the necessary documents which they shall provide and whole immigration process before they arrival, assist Expats to complete Alien Employment License, Z visa invitation letter, the work permit and residence permit, leave copy version for filing and make immigration management chart as well for further reference and management. Also is for the immigration renewal service.
13. Assist visa agency to contact the expats re the immigration. (around 20 expats).
14. Coordinate with agent to assist expats to solve some problems if any.
15. Make the tenancy management chart, school tracking and send the updated one to HR monthly.

能以日语进行日常工作交流(2级以上)
良好的沟通能力
熟悉外籍人士居住证办理最佳
能接受调班 (周一周五休一天 周末休一天)

Work shift: one day break in weekdays, and one day in weekends.
