Position Summary
- To assist Training Manager to developing, coordinating, and conducting training programs for all the staff of company;
- Assist in the training records and facilities and providing consultancy and writing reports of training results.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- To work closely with, and provide training support to, the Training Manager China in the training of Shop Managers, Sales Staff level;
- To identify training needs and to design, develop, deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of in-house training and development programs for frontline staffs;
- To assist the Training Manager in the preparation and translation of training materials for the frontline staffs;
- To develop and updates the training materials including the training manuals and Mystery Shoppers Program;
- Assist in the coordination of Mystery Shoppers Program: mechanics/execution, compilation of reports and analysis;
- Monitoring on set coaching in the front line shops
- To assist in coaching new and exist staff to ensure application of knowledge and skills learnt during training;
- Assist in the follow-up of training programs;
- Compiles monthly report to Training Manager and senior management for continuous improvement in boutique services.
- Revise and update certification tests, input certification and re-certification test records into Training database on a monthly basis or its equivalent in hard copies.
- To assist to prepare monthly payroll.
- To assist in tracking recruitment, resignation, transfer and other movement for retail shop staffs.
- Ensure RT Shop staff follows ADC on board and exit procedure. Track RT Shop staff probation evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- At least relevant minimum 5 years training experience in retail / service
- Patient, work hard and have team work spirit.
- Good computer skill, be good at office software, Word, Excel and Outlook, etc;
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
- Good communication, organization and presentation skills;
- Mature and can work independently with minimum supervision;
- Travel is required mainly within Mainland China.
