Primary Duties:
General:
? Plans, organizes, and supervises the day to day activities of the Technical Services Plant Systems Team. Tracks multiple projects simultaneously, identifies plant problems and issues, and is responsible for timely prioritization and assignment of internal customer requests and allocation of resources to meet requirements.
? Responsible for managing one or more complex GI programs to be deployed in the region.
? Responsible for the development of team personnel including quarterly reviews, annual reviews, coaching & mentoring, salary planning, development training, creating training plans, and working with employees to correct deficiencies and fully develop strengths.
? Remain knowledgeable of information technology and company business operations. Recommend the implementation of technology to support the company's objectives.
? Interacts with Corporate Global Infrastructure (GI) by requesting managed services and/or following up on managed services issues relating to WAN, LAN, and Tele-Communications.
? Interacts with Corporate Global Infrastructure (GI) on global projects, responsible for conveying these initiatives to the business and securing the necessary buy-in and funding.
? Responsible for financial administrative tasks such as annual budgeting, purchase orders, and invoicing.
? Responsible for defining and maintaining IT infrastructure standards for equipment and software in the plant, while being aware of and leveraging global standards where applicable.
? Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Director Technical Services and the Executive Director of IT.

? Enforce Application and Technical Infrastructure Security Standards - Represent PS China' needs on Corporate Security Team. Work with PS IT Management globally to implement Corporate Security Team standards. Monitor PS' China adherence to corporate security standards.
? Manage Help Desk - Extensive knowledge in help desk processes and procedures. Provides help desk services/management for multiple applications. Adept at using help tools to improve performance. Ensures problems are documented, escalated as needed and resolved in a timely manner.
? Manage SLAs and Operating Metrics - Establishes meaningful Help Desk, SOX, and Security oriented metrics with targets with other regions. Use metrics to improve IT processes and systems. .
Build & Deploy Leadership Skills
? Leverage Software Development Lifecycle - Experienced using structured methodologies. Ensures adherence to PS-IT standards and development methodology (i.e. PM2)

REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's Degree in Business, MIS or comparable field.
? 5-10 years work experience in IT.
? Experience leading projects, developing project plans, assigning tasks, and developing recommendations.
? Strong organizational and project planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple deadlines and accountabilities.
? Competent and proficient understanding of platforms such as Windows Server and Windows Desktop.
? Strong written and oral communication skills.
? Strong interpersonal skills.
? Occasional overnight travel and non-traditional work hours.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
? Located in office environment and occasion domestic and international travels are required.
