某世界500强公司急聘Senior Buyer (Team leader)
Location: 上海金桥(有班车)
Job Description:
1. To buy products and services in a country/region IP (Indirect Procurement) organization.
2. Key Tasks:
3. Buys products and services based on purchase requests and using IP purchasing processes and tools.
4. Keeps the data up-to-date in the relevant purchasing data bases in co-operation with e.g. sourcing managers.
5. Uses relevant purchasing data bases as information source.
6. Gives customer service for NSN employees when they make inquires about the products & services in IP scope.
7. Assists IP customers in finding the right product for their needs and in compiling the purchase requests.
8. Follow-up of the order backlog proactively solves problems and informs customers and suppliers if original plans are changed.
9. Solves customers' problems and reclamations concerning products, services and their deliveries.
10. Ensures that workflow is resolved. Provides local feedback of the suppliers' performance and product/services fit for the purpose.
Criteria:
1. NSN customer satisfaction during purchasing process: quantity of reasonable stakeholder complains to SLM below 8 per year.
2. Effective working time for each PO: For Sourcing activity, 5 working days for normal case & 3 working days for urgent case. For ordering activity, 2 working days for normal case. 1 working day for urgent case.
3. Support Managers to achieve saving targets in responsible categories.
