职位描述
Purpose of the Service:
? As a project coordinator to support GI Collaboration ASIA team to handle a number of Voice & Video Service delivery within Asia Region
? Handle IPT & Video operation issues on demand.
Responsibilities & Duties of the Position
? Manage the service delivery Video and Voice and operation for whole region.
? Support the regional IPT roll out cross Asia and make sure the project is on track.
? Well handle multiple High Definition video conferencing request from Asian Customers such as Tele Presence, Tandberg and drive the vendor to deploy the implementation on time.
? Necessary communication and coordination with the Global Team and Asian Customers within a cross functional organization
? Regional Vendor Management.
? Provide day 2 sustaining supporting on Voice and Video service. Working closely with the vendor and users when there's any issue happens.
? Support regular training to site IT for operation knowledge awareness.
Knowledge & Requirement:
? 3 years + progressively responsible experience in IP Telephony Platform (Avaya is preferred) Implementation and Support.
? 2 years + infrastructure project management experience.
? 1 years + progressively responsible experience in Video Conferencing Platform (Cisco/Tandberg is preferred) Implementation and Support will be a plus.
? Good vendor management skills.
? Good communication skills in both of English and mandarin
? Good coordination and conflict solving under complex environment
? 1 years + experience to work in a virtual regional/global operation team is a plus.
? Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
? Rich experience in training or education area is a plus.
? Strong self-motivation to improve the work and business process with positive attitude to support customer's needs
? Believes in a pro-active approach towards problem management
? Possesses some experience in working within a globalized environment in terms of strategy, processes, procedures and policies is a plus
