职位描述：
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
Ø Above 10 years of related experience
Ø Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Ø Familiar with product relevant knowledge such as drawing, application
Ø Knowledge of every process to develop products
Ø Good command of Spoken & Written English.
Ø Good skill in communication with customer and the team
Ø Good teamwork and hardworking
Ø Familiar with Pro/E and Auto CAD

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
Ø Provide technical advice and support to factories, customers, Merchandising staff and technical team members
- Identify customer requirements based on their design concepts, sketches and photos
- Review customers’ sketches and descriptions and decide if the potential issues with production in terms of measurement, size clarifications and adjustments etc.
- Explain customers’ requirements and comments to factories
- Review customers’ comments, determine feasibility and possible impact
Ø Review and approve samples to ensure that they meet product specifications
- Review and identify issues on samples, such as style, construction, workmanship and quality, measurement
- Write comment on samples Determine acceptance, rejection and rework requirements
Ø Manage the team to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency
- Assist team members in understanding customer requirements
- Provide advice to team members
Ø Provide technical control, including customer requirements and standards, to ensure customer standards and quality are maintained
- Update factories on the customer requirements
- Meet with factories to review customers’ comments and go through the sampling procedures
- Discuss work progress and difficulties encountered with Merchandisers
Ø Perform other duties as assigned by Management
