[What You Will Do]
AI's Operations team is a place where you can grow your technical and management skills – while making a real contribution to the improvement of international trade. Every year, we deliver some 140,000 inspections, audits, and lab tests, helping our clients secure their supply chains. Within the Audit Services Department, you will provide audit- based supply chain and quality management solutions to our Key Account clients.
[Your Responsibilities]
As an Audit Report Supervisor, you will:
- Review auditor reports and ensure that our final product meets AI's high standards;
- Follow-up the validation priority rules to ensure that reports are sent to the client within 48h after the relevant audit is performed;
- Respect and adhere to AI's targets regarding reports validated per day, and monitor your own productivity on a daily basis;
- Provide feedback to auditors regarding report quality to ensure that any necessary corrective action is implemented;
- Contact appropriate AI teams in order to answer client enquiries whenever necessary;
- Manage report validation of key accounts when needed.
[The Skills We're Looking For]
- Technical expertise in the fields of Social Compliance/Quality Compliance, etc.;
- 2 years of experience in the third-party industry/quality control field is strongly preferred; experience in manufacturing is a plus;
- Good written English and English reading comprehension are musts;
- A positive mindset;
- Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with varying week-days off instead;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
