职位描述
We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated team players to join us. You will need to have previous contact center experience working in customer services along with some technical knowledge of both our products and operations, and will relentlessly aim to provide the best customer service there is.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Take full ownership of customer inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution via email, web-based platforms, social media channels, and voice calls.
2. Manage the day-to-day operations (including but not limited to ensuring teams meet KPI targets/training and up-skilling of agents and other team leadership responsibilities)
3. Ownership of daily/weekly and monthly reporting to leadership team
4. Always aiming to exceed customer expectations
5. Together with your team members, optimize processes and improve team efficiency.
6. Manage Quality assurance
7. Own budgets and invoicing
Requirements:
1. A professional communicator with good customer service skills
2. Proven skills in directing and controlling projects
3. Truly passionate about helping a young start-up to redefine the standards in global customer support
4. Fluent in English and Chinese (speaking, writing and listening) and professional fluency in one other European language is an advantage
5. A savvy Android mobile phone user is a plus
6. Experience in mobile/telecom/e-commerce industry is a significant advantage
7. Experience in contact centers and customer services is a must
8. Willing to do business travel (sometimes 30 days or more)
