Position Summary:

岗位描述

This position performs quality inspection before shipping on supplier site, make sure all the mass production parts meet product standard and requirements. Assist supplier quality engineer to do the process control on supplier site, and report the potential quality issue to supplier quality engineer. Monitor direct suppliers to manage sub-suppliers as B&S requirements.

本岗位的主要职责是对批量生产供应商的产品进行出货前检验,确保生产的产品满足产品标准及要求。协助供应商质量工程师对供应商进行过程控制，并能发现潜在的质量问题，汇报给供应商质量工程师，监督供应商按照百力通的要求完成相应的二级供应商管理工作。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Performs quality inspection on supplier site, make all the shipping parts meet product standard and requirement.

在供应商现场对批量生产的产品进行检验,确保出货的产品满足产品标准及要求.

2. Record and retain inspection record, and submit inspection report to SQE

记录和保存检验记录，并且把报告及时提交给供应商质量工程师

3. Assist SQE to follow up qualification samples and PPAP activities

协助供应商质量工程师完成样品和PPAP阶段的工作

4. Other assignment as required

根据要求完成其他任务

Job Skill Requirement:

岗位技能及要求：

1. Use the variety of precision measuring fixture to inspect products, Able to read blue print, familiar with GD/T

能使用各种测量工具检验产品，能读懂图纸，了解几何公差

2. Computer knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software to include ERP, Word, Excel etc, can read and write English

计算机操作熟练，包括Word, Excel等，能读和写英语

3. Require highly accountable and integrity.

有高度的责任感, 为人正直

Education Requirement:

学历要求:

1. Technical secondary school or equivalent level as need.

中专,技术学校或同等学历以上

2. Associate degree in appropriate technical discipline preferred

Experience Requirement;

工作经验要求

1. At least 2 years process or finished good inspection experience in end products plant

至少两年汽油发动机终端产品工厂过程或成品检验经验

2. Demonstrated ability to find and resolve quality-related issue
