职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Manage automation department
Take charge of the department daily management as organization chart change, team building, newer training, position promotion
In charge process for automatic project improvement and optimize
Automation equipment development and process definition
Coordination and follow up of product design briefs, tool/equipment designs, material and technology sourcing, prototyping and qualification
Key mission will include building and delivering new process automation capabilities to be utilized by the Operations Department
Setting annual automation budget and pioneering innovative techniques
Estimate and build up new automatic project
Handle the production line layout
Monitor whole automation system implement

Requirement:
B.S.
10 years working experience in automation technical position,3 years in managerial position
Automation process experience in Cable industry
Experienced in automatic process design and development
Solid experience in automatic technical knowledge
Experienced in MNC
Skilled in people management
Good team work spirit and leadership skill
Stable, aggressive
Be good at coordination, cross communication
