Mission:
- To help grow the onsite generator and light tower business through support to the local sales force and interactions with division and product company contacts.
Job description:
- Competitive differentiation definition and maintenance of Atlas Copco onsite generators and light towers.
- Identify new business opportunities by market investigations and help management to make business development plans for emerging market.
- Interactions with product companies on product development and with service team on product maintenance
- Competition investigation and pricing of responsible products.
- Development and Implementation of market campaigns.
- Self-improvement on both marketing and sales competence by GenMaster training program from Portable Energy division.
- Sales competence improvement by training to sales team and distributors, with sales skills and knowledge from GenMaster courses conveyed.
- Question answering and problem solving for sales.
- Supports to sales team on technical bidding documents and technical clarifications for key projects.
- Support to communication team on marketing activities like customer events, exhibitions, seminars and product launch necessarily.
- Presence promotion of Atlas Copco onsite generator solution through media like specialized journals, websites, professional associations and etc.
- Marketing and sales document maintenance
Education:
- University degree or above with major in marketing, mechanical engineering or others related.
Experience:
- More than 3 year experience in marketing or sales position in generator industry
Knowledge:
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, distributors and customers.
- Strong organizational with good capability of multi-task management.
- Abilities of problem definition, data collection, fact establishment and conclusion.
- Good technical and marketing knowledge in generator or related field.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
Personality:
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Target-oriented team player.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking.
- Willing to travel.
