电销团队管理经验
Summary of role
? All Telemarketing issues for leads generation to increase the NCP output, caller’s productivity and CP conversion rate.
? Marketing research programs, defining business growth opportunities.
? Relevant Marketing survey including visibility survey to help clear understand the Cognex’s position in China mainland.
? Marcom activities local support and raise Cognex brand awareness in China Mainland, eg. Seminar, PR, SEO, etc.
? Materials localization management and proofreading.
? Vendors’ management.eg, telemarketing vendor , translation house, etc.
? Providing necessary assistants in collaterals, eg.University Program,etc.
Qualification
? Five Years in B2B marketing role.
? Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or technical field required.
? Good communication in Chinese and English.
