职位描述

Job Responsible:

1. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
2. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
3. Prepare financial management reports
4. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
5. Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
6. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
7. Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
8. Monitor and support taxation issues
9. Develop and maintain financial data bases
10. Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
11. Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
12. Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
13. Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems

Education and Experience

1. Accounting degree
2. Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
3. Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
4. Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
5. Knowledge and experience of related computer applications (Windows 7)
6. Operating experience with ERP System (SAP preferred)
7. Usually a minimum of 8 years' experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice
