职位描述：
The purpose of this role is to provide the day-to-day supply chain planning support, stock order entry and follow up on issues affecting their orders, Aged inventory and SMI report running and tracking and stock order replenishment .

Key responsibilities:
- Direct responsible for stock order fulfillment
- Follow up on all issues affecting their orders
- Maintain Stock order to make sure system reflect actual
- Regular supply chain report running ( ex SMI, Aged inventory ) and tracking
- Stock replenishment based on inventory target
- Supply chain transition management ( ex batch, label management and inventory reconciliation)
- System housekeeping ( no past due PO's and inaccurate stock orders )
 
Critical success factors:
-The critical competencies required for success are interpersonal effectiveness, Initiative, Team work and supply chain management
-Technical proficiency in the use of multiple computer applications ( SAP, Excel, BW etc)
-Uses specific supply chain concepts, work processes, methodologies and tools to complete work. Capability to translate this knowledge into day to day operations.
 
Qualifications:
- University Degree in a discipline demonstrating logical thinking or computational skills (Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Mathematics and certain sciences).
