Swim Brand Design Trainee

Location: Shanghai

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- You will be part of the design team Nabaiji, swim brand of Oxylane, located in Oxylane Shanghai design center.

You work as design internship closely with project team to:

- Observe & analyze China swimming market and to filter market opportunities for your projects concerning to brand value & strategy;

- Communicate between design and production side, use tools of industrial realization to guarantee the final product are 100% followed the design;

- Propose your creations with a relevant design that corresponds to user and end customer needs, working closely with the senior designer and China Brand Manager;

- Communicate your creations and support your choices at different project milestones.

Profile Requirements:

- Trained as an industrial designer or equivalent design qualification;

- Relevant experience in sports industry design would be prior considered;

- You practice sports regularly, strong interests in swimming. A good command of English is essential;

- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, MS office;

- Other requirements for this position: creativity, good analytical mind, well-organized, self-motivated and extroverted;

- Working time: 3 to 4 days weekly.
