工作职责：

- 代表公司与商场协调、联系和沟通，帮助公司争取最大利益
- 代表公司与商场谈判租赁条款
-按照公司的拓展计划，发掘和考察代理商、商场，与代理商、商场谈判并保证拓展计划的实现
-与品牌系统、销售部门沟通，安排店铺开业的筹备工作

入职要求：
- 年龄30-40岁，大学本科毕业
- 具有十年或以上商场租赁经验
- 熟悉上海之租赁市场，对商场装修工程及施工流程具有丰富经验
- 拥有服装连锁店相关经验者获优先考虑
- 中英文水平良好，拥有良好沟通及谈判技能，灵活及应变力强，并具有同时负责多个项目的能力
