职位描述：
工作职责：
1、能够独立制定传播策略，高效完成新闻稿撰写、媒体沟通、传播报告整理等工作；
2、拓展媒体资源与深度合作模式。熟悉媒体特性，能够灵活运用多样的媒体通道和展现形式，有效衔接媒体资源和品牌与业务具体需求，创新传播方式。
3、协助落实媒体公关活动，包括不限于管理层专访、媒体考察、媒体拜访等
4、协助处理品牌和项目危机工作，对负面消息等危机舆情进行化解与转移，并及时提出危机处理预案。
5、公司安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、大学本科以上学历。传播类或营销类相关专业。
2、对媒体工具的熟练选择及运用、文案及新闻稿撰写水平优秀、灵活创意能及开放的学习能力。
3、外资或大型地产企业同类岗位3年以上工作经验，有过媒体从业经验或媒体资源拓展方面经验丰富者优先。
