职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
 Responsible for strategy and long term planning of the site to ensure continued success and sustainability;
 Leads plant management to manage site daily operations; has overall P&L responsibility, achieving financial goals and achieve customer satisfaction.
Directs and oversees operational efforts to ensure compliance with Company policies and practices as well as external regulatory agencies
Develops and directs implementation of strategies and plans to ensure efficient use of space, materials, equipment, and human resources
 Partners with Business Development and Project Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction relative to costs, quality and delivery
Performs management review of quality systems to ensure effective checks and balances are in place and all necessary certifications are acquired and maintained
Supports all company programs and initiatives

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering
Sound experience in a leading company's manufacturing operations in Plastic industry, at least 15 years experience of which 10 years in senior position.
 Injection molding + tooling experience is a must.
Cross functional knowledge, like HR and finance
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
Global and micro mindset
 Mastering modern manufacturing operations technique, like lean mfg, six sigma, JIT etc.
 Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
 Good presentation skills and efficient command of the English language 举报 分享
