职位描述：
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
？Prepare and distribute timely and insightful analysis (financial and commercial) to support Sourcing Leadership in decision making
？Conduct market research and investigating best practices to support sourcing projects
？Provide support to sourcing managers in recommendations on specific functional strategies 
？Provide input and direction into business unit planning and performance metrics
？Leads projects and continually seeks ways to improve processes
？Advise on financial implications of business decisions
？Identifies and/or develop relevant management reporting and analytical tools
？Vendor management and contracting process
The internship is planned to be in various areas of indirect sourcing, the internship component includes training through hands-on work in:
？Market analysis
？Negotiations
？Tendering and Contracting process
？Supplier relationship management
？Working in cross-functional teams with professionals from HR, Finance, Facilities, Retail, and other areas of business

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
What you should bring
？Education: Business Administration, Finance, Management or other related faculty degree or above
？Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
？Ability to work in complex environment with multiple stakeholders
？Strong analytical and problem solving skills
？Ability to promote positive change with innovation and creativity
？Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel 举报 分享
