岗位职责:

We are looking for an experienced attorney to join Real Estate Legal Department working for Decathlon Greater China, based in Wuhan, Xi'an, Shanghai or Chengdu. She/he will provide legal support and be an essential member of Decathlon expansion development team.

Working location: Wuhan

Essential duties and Responsibilities
- Strong participate in the development of decathlon opening projects
- Review/draft real estate contracts (leasing contracts mainly)
- Projects risk control by anticipating and communication on legal and administrative requirements & opportunities

Core Competencies
- Capability of identifying and analyzing legal risks and making recommendations addressing them
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with a diverse group of people with different professional backgrounds
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel
- Sports enthusiast

任职资格:

-Below 35 years old
-Bachelor degree of Law from a Chinese university at least
-Good communication skills in English
-Open-minded, innovative minds, adapt to change.
- 3-5 years legal practice, 2 years in real estate
- Commercial real estate legal practice in foreign investment company is preferred
-Familiar with corporate law, real estate regulations, contract laws, etc.
-PRC registered with litigation practice is a plus
