职位描述：
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Part I. New Vendor Involvement
- Collect samples from brands and prepare all info to new supplier;
- Tracking new supplier's price quoting & sampling;

Part II. New Vendor On Boarding process
- Collect on boarding documents from suppliers and guide supplier to fill the forms.
- Validate the data of VIF & MSA and send to HO for registration & ID code creating;
- Coordinate the social audit with SC team and trace the schedule.
- Archive MSA copy and send original MSA to HO office;
- Upload on boarding documents to Box.com.
- Daily update Direct Sourcing Vendor Database and ADS Supplier Master List, upload updated files to box.com

Part III. New Vendor Training Program
- Coordinate the training course with supplier and our internal teams;
- Communication liaison between supplier and brand for further support of system or other inquires;
- Keep updating our training materials with teams;
- supplier management for company's general policy and other aspects.

Part IV. Supporting Manager
- Data analysis, PPT, Chart or reports;
- Support manager to work with HO for KPI tool & scorecard system, provide seasonal and annual report to share with teams;
- Backup for factory visit or other sourcing activities;

KEY RERUIREMENT:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field
? 5+ years in the areas of factory production, product development, pricing or production management; preferably from the footwear business with factory exposure
? Familiar with core material supplier and major players
? Strong analytical skills
? Dynamic personality, comfortable with working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
? Multi-tasking
? Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
? Speak both Mandarin and English fluently, additional language is plus
? Be able to travel independently in China and other Asian country 举报 分享
