职位描述：
Education & Experience requirement:
1.Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Optical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
2.Minimum 7 years of experienced in camera RD/COB/Image Engineering & 3 years above taking over engineering management.
JD:
1.Professional on Image sensor/VCM /Optical Lens, technology, CCM process, and camera module quality control.
2.Good capability in communication, coordination and team work with vendor management level and HTC internal, like
3.Co-work with RD to lock down proper criteria/spec and process parameters before PVT.
4.NPI pilot run stage component quality issues solving on-site.
5.Vendor quality control and management as SQM/SQE on-site.
6.Vendors and sub-vendors assistance for quality guidance and build-up.
7.China Suppliers qualification and survey, and regular/urgent case for different sites audits. (normally locate in one site)
8.Ensure supplier PVT/MP ramp up smoothly and solve relative issues on China vendors and support ODM suppliers’issues.
9.Support vendor quality keep improving, data collection and achieve quality goal/KPI. Make sure specific China LCM supplier's products can meet HTC quality and deliver target. 举报 分享
