职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for branch’s general functions. Management the branch office operation by team building, personnel management, sales training. All of the management and daily operation must be strictly according to the rules of the company. Don't violate the law and the company's policies and regulations;分公司的日常事务，人员管理，销售员培训。所有的管理和日常运行必须严格按公司的规章制度执行，不得违反国家法律规定和公司的政策和规章制度；
- Branch asset management;分公司的资产管理；
- According to the distribution of Nanjing headquarters’ budget to make branch plan and report to Nanjing headquarters for approval;根据南京总部的预算及分配制定分公司计划并报总公司批准；
- To achieve and complete company and the branch for sales performance and profit index, and be responsible for accounts receivable;达到和完成总公司制定的分公司销售业绩和利润指标，并对应收账款负责；
- Lead the salesmen actively looking for market opportunities and order;带领销售员积极主动的寻找市场机会和订单；
- Follow up key account and contract management, develop new customers;重要客户的跟进及合同管理，开发新客户；
- Complete other tasks from Nanjing headquarters. 完成公司指定的其他任务。
Requirements:
- Working experience in wood working more than 3 years 在木材行业三年以上工作经历
- Team work, strong communication skills (strong negotiation skills), strong coordination skills, analyze ability团队合作精神，优秀的沟通技能、谈判技巧，优秀的协调技巧，分析能力
- Have good ability to withstand the pressure很强的抗压能力
- Meet the requirement of business trip能适应随时出差
- Good at Microsoft office software 熟练的操作办公软件
- Have good obedience and challenge self abilit具有良好的服从性及自我挑战能力
