- New Cast Members' On-Boarding
- Coordinate with on-site recruiter and send out On Boarding Notice to Line Managers/Center Managers/IT/Accounting etc.
- Prepare New Hire Check List
- Prepare Employment Documents for the new hires before Orientation Starts
- Make accommodation arrangement for new hires from Satellite Cities who need to come to Shanghai for check in and on boarding training
- Coordinate with L&D to arrange for First Aid Training during New Hires On Boarding Training
- Assist new Hires in completing check in process
- Collect all necessary on boarding documents/information and send to FESCO / CIIC
- Follow up with new hires on the outstanding cases (e.g. missing documents / information) to ensure compliance with company On boarding Policy
- Settle monthly bill with vendors (i.e. Medical Check Agency, Red Cross Society and Hotel, Medical Insurance Company)
- Prepare employees' Personal Files and ensure full on boarding documents are being kept in Personal File
- Order Name Tag and ID Badge for New Hires
- Enroll the new hires into Complimentary Medical Insurance Scheme
- Exiting Casts Off Boarding
- Send out Off Boarding Notice / Exit Process Notice / Online Survey Link to exiting cast members and Line Managers/Center Managers/IT/Accounting one week before the last working day
- Collect all the completed off boarding documents to ensure compliance with company off boarding policy:
- Exiting Employees' Resignation Letters
- Status Change Form
- Exit Survey Questionnaires
- Filing the above off boarding documents into exited employees' personal files
- Other Monthly Routine HR Administrative/Logistics Tasks
- Receive Name Tags / ID Badge / Silver Pass / Birthday Coupon / Pay Slip / Service Pin to and make arrangement to delivery to centers
- Follow up with IT for New Casts' Hub Registration and send the registration information to new hires
- Collect casts Members' Leave Application Form
- Key in Cast Members' leave information into HRMS System and prepare Leave Status Report for CMs' information and manpower planning
- Prepare all kinds of certificates as required by casts members (Release Form /Employment/Income etc)
- Check Center Attendance Sheet
Requirements
- College Degree or above
- At least 1 year working experience in HR or administration
- Meticulous, enthusiastic, mature, prudent, passionate
- Professional with sense of responsibility, positive mindset and principle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
