职位描述
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
? Ensure timely and accurate monthly sales reporting and analysis
? Prepare and analyze monthly commission reports to ascertain that it is in compliance with the compensation plan
? Interact with sales team, business management, distributors and other finance accounting groups on policy and result communication, process improvement and problems and resolution
? Support financial operation, monthly/quarterly closing and business planning and forecast process for the BU
? Perform statistical analysis and prepare performance result (e.g. variance to prior actuals, budget/forecast), matrics and KPIs for the BU
? Provide commercial and operating support to the business unit including ad hoc tasks as required
? Assisting in system implementation and process improvement projects
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above;
? 3-8 years related working experience;
? Candidates with CPA or ACCA certificates is preferred;
? Strong organization skill attention to detail and an ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment
? Team player will good interpersonal and communication skills that can interact professionally
? Ability to be flexible and work proactively, creatively and analytically in a problem-solving and continuous improvement environment
? Possess capability to prioritize numerous tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure
? Upbeat, self-motivated personality with proven ability to take initiative with a strong customer focus
? Sharp to figures and eager to study figures with good analytical thinking capability and a high degree of accuracy
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English (reading and writing)
? Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, experience with any database Query and financial software packages such as JDEdwards, Hyperion, Congo is preferred
