Job Description
- Organization: Strategic Partnership Group
- Position Title: Sr. Operations Assistant
- Position Type: Contractor
- Strategic Partnership Group (SPG), at Microsoft, provides the platform for China outsourcing business and drive China ecosystem.
- We are looking for a Sr. outsourcing operations assistant to support daily practices in Beijing and Shanghai.
- The responsibilities include work with ITO partners, Microsoft internal business groups and functional teams to provide services on the outsourcing platform that manages hundreds of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities and negotiate solutions cross vendor account teams, Microsoft Business Project teams and internal enabling functions such as Real Estate, IT, procurement and Finance.
- Provide support on contract tracking and renewing, invoice reconciliation and reporting
- Perform vendor check-In and check-out
- Handle SOW, PO and payment
- Drive to create and maintain operations process
- Draft, review and edit operations documents.
- Participate cross-functional meeting, send meeting minute summary, define action items and follow up for result.
- Generate monthly operations reports
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in project management preferably in outsourcing or IT industry
- Result driven, firm plus can make decisions independently
- Excellent cross-team collaboration and negotiation skills
- Customer focus and always treat CSAT a top priority
- Strong process management experiences
- Superb communication skills (both in English and Chinese) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency on Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Windows 7 is required
- Integrity and ability to maintain utmost confidentiality with sensitive vendor information
- Experience in working an MNC and team management is a plus
