职位描述
Role:
- Assist Microsoft China Business and Support Finance team to revenue and P&L forecast, planning and controlling.
- Partner with internal finance team and business (Sales Excellence and Sales) team closely to monitor financial.
- Plan, build, and deploy centralized data infrastructure for use in business analysis and reporting
- Work with teams within Microsoft China to understand their needs and tailor solutions using developed infrastructure for in-the-field usage scenarios. Identify other opportunities that would benefit from standardization within the Microsoft China Finance team and develop solutions for those areas
Responsibilities:
- Design and Maintain revenue and P&L planning, forecast and actual tracking template. With insightful analysis to identify business/financial opportunity and mitigate risk
- Ensure information is available to understand business results, analyze trends and accurately forecast business projections
- Support controller to have appropriate controls & processes are in place, meet all controls and audit related metrics, proactively develop a strong ethical culture, preventive measures against code of conduct violations, as well as routine checking processes to identify violations.
Education and Qualifications:
- Degree in Master of Finance or MBA programming
- Business degree helpful
Experience Level:
- Minimum 3-4 years of finance analysis experience in Multinational Company
- Experience in front-end user design with Microsoft Excel-based workbooks and/or Microsoft SharePoint Reporting Services
Professional Training and Certification:
- Microsoft Windows Server / SQL Server certifications helpful
- Project Management certification helpful

- Skilled at project management with internal & external stakeholders
- Ownership and Proactive
- Self-driven, good/clear communication and detail-orientated
- Able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive can-do attitude.
