职位描述：
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage the relationship with business and handle stakeholders’ communication;
- Make allocated projects/enhancements under agreed schedule and budget
- Define the scope of work for each new project/enhancement, estimate work efforts
- High level design of the architecture as well as the detailed design.
- Evaluate and solve project/enhancement related risks and issues
- Identify tasks and responsibilities for assigned team members
- Ensure the quality and track progress of deliverables
- Conduct lessons learned for project/enhancement

Skills, Experience, and Educational Background
- Bachelor degree in computer science or above
- 3+ years of experience in a technical project leader role
- Fluent English communication capability and experience in working within a global environment
- Good documentation and presentation skills
- Familiar with Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Directory Integrator, Oracle Directory Server, or similar products
- Good knowledge in web application development and related interfaces.
- Solid understanding of major Database Management system and related development including ORACLE DB Server and PL/SQL language
- Familiar with different software development methodology and good knowledge in CMMI is preferred.
- Good at self-management, quick learning , and problem solving and team work 举报 分享
