职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
2. Designs cross-platform solutions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
3. Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
4. Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
5. Work on cross functional project teams to recommend solutions that solve business needs based on project milestones, phases, and requirements.
6. Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
7. Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
8. Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
9. Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; training users.
10. Maintains user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
11. Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
12. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices;
13. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent work experience
2. At least 5+years’ experience working with enterprise systems like JDE sales&distribution module
3. Able to work independently, in teams, as well as lead project teams
4. Good problem solving skills
5. Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated and result driven
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
