ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? This role provides support / helps coordinate China real estate strategic initiatives such as:
o Strategy and Market planning process including aligning around common analytics and standards
o Provide quarterly Greater China market analysis
o Help manage third party vendors - mapping market area/trade zones, etc.
o Scorecard tracking and hind sighting, help with building the predictive scorecard model
o Help manage pipeline management process against trade zones and deal count
o Support in efforts to get everyone on the same reporting standard and on same tool then manage consistency and compliance
o Train and coach everyone on how to use the scorecard, systems, process and other tools
o Liaison with the brand teams for all these initiatives
? Support with complex strategic initiatives, business projects and process improvement opportunities
consisting of multiple related projects.
? Provide assistance in cross-functional change management including: 1) opportunity identification 2) project planning, 3) stakeholder management, 4) implementation, 5) training, and 6) program management.
? Help identify and manage risk and issues; and mitigation efforts as appropriate
? Work effectively w/ all levels of business partners to effectively help execute projects and drive results while escalating issues when appropriate
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Good analytic skills, high attention to detail;
- High self-initiative and willing to learn and stretch
- Has ability to manage multiple tasks and meet assigned timeline, Able to work independently
- Excellent skills in excel program modeling/power point preparation
- Good oral & written in English and Mandarin
- Experience to commercial real estates is an asset
- CFA/accounting qualification is a plus
2) Minimum Educational Level
- Bachelor
3) Minimum Experience
- 5 years of related experience
