Day to Day Responsibilities:
Find opportunities for improvement for TLU, quality, 5S, delivery and cost
Provide project leadership for projects, relocations, modifications, alterations, or manufacturing processes
Establish sub-team working with Operating Division, plant and management. Leads sub team to needed results. Act as effective team member on larger, broader teams
Facilitate and direct DMAIC project and Kaizen. Coordinate shifts and other departments to ensure department Kaizen performance reach target.
Leads and participation in key projects to ensure plant strategy
Develop group objectives and action plan to support business goals of company.
Actively coach other engineers in order to share expertise. Seek coaching as it relates to customer processes.
Share expertise and knowledge to foster continuous improvement of the organization.
Ensure improvement is in line with ISO, E&HS and AME requirement.
Control project expense within budget and schedule to ensure reaching the required economic targets
Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure continuous improvement reach target.
Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements)
Other work completed departments to arrange
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above
At least 5 years experiences in production
At least 2 years management experience
Engineering background
Required Skills
Strong lean production concept and familiar with lean tools
Good communication skill
Leadership skill
Systematic thinking skill
English as work language
Safety regulation and environmental protection knowledge
Desired Skills
System developing and improving skills
