Position Overview:
Maintain the operation of customer services department in efficiency and effective way and enhance the cooperation between external and internal customers smoothly
Key Outcomes:
? Full compliance to SOP & customers requirement.
? Provide the high quality service to the customer in consideration of the best interest of the company.
? Manage the relationship in-between customers and overseas partners to ensure all parties satisfaction
Position Accountabilities:
- Take care of current customer services to provide satisfactory service
- Supervise and oversee all the work of the subordinates to avoid any mishandling
- Conduct customer services training programs for new staff by educating them about company profile, operation system and customer services department code
- Manage friendly with annoyed customers and satisfy their requirements or their enquiries
- Maintain strong professional working relationship with external and internal customers, colleagues and customer services management
- Assist in preparing and developing the documentation of the standard operation procedure to customers and teams when new customers are launched
- Support and execute decisions made by customer services management and convey positively to reinforce the team members to comply with
- Co-ordinate with FCL operation team, LCL Hub team and DOC / DDC team on daily operations issue
- Ensure all T&T events input in TANGO / Procars on time in order to match the KPI
