Job Description
? Support the region/country Distribution & Logistics operations to meet P&L budget & internal/external SLA/KPI, includes transit time review and management.
? Ensure D&L processes, SLA/KPI are standardized, documented & updated. Owner of document depository, including global/regional/local contracts.
? Review and monitor the country lead time and transit time for inbound/outbound freight & warehouse (DC & X-Dock) and ensure setup in SAP is updated (includes any new setup).
? Lead the region and support the country RFQ, selection, implementation and provider management, including reviews.
? Data analytics, reporting, reviews & continuous improvement to drive down total landed costs and improve service level for Asia.
? Manage D&L initiatives and programs, including logistics systems design, deployment, issues resolution, support and enhancement.
? Manage the implementation of the results from the network optimization study.
Requirements
? Degree in a related-field.
? At least 8 years’ D&L experience, preferably with Retail, either 3PL or shipper, of which 3 years’ is with regional(Asia- Pacific) and managerial experience.
? Knowledge of freight & warehouse, provider management, continuous improvement, contracting & negotiations skills, across different country/cultures.
? Strong contracting and negotiation skills.
? Good analytical working knowledge on MS Excel.
? Good command of English, clear written/spoken communication, independent, collaborative, ability to work and manage upper and lower reporting lines.
? Knowledge of other Asian language(s) would be an advantage.
? Initiate & develop processes to improve work efficiency and performance.
? Process improvement experiences a plus.
