职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ In time and correct delivery on spares quotation, order confirmation, order handling in ERP system, and ensure on time spares delivery to customer as contracted terms.
？ Most accurate and efficient forecast deployment of spares and well communicate among customer, GEHO Venlo team and Wuxi plant on spares delivery.
？ Manage and coordinate to handle all kinds of spares transportation-related issues in respect of the customer contract.
？ Well take actions in case of back-order situation and customer complaint, and maintain effective and positive contact with customers on Spares problem solving.
？ Coordinate with warehouse on spare parts receipt, delivery, storage, stock-taking etc.
？ Provide regular reporting per line manager and company management requirement.
Education and/or Experience:
? Bachelor or above degree.
? 2-3 years order fulfillment management practice.
? Excellent communication and inter person skills.
? Above average proficiency with MS Office applications: particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
? Proficient on ERP systems, preferably be familiar with Oracle system.
? University graduate major in industrial engineering or logistics management related. 举报 分享
