Job Responsibilities
-Take care Netezza biz in GB sectors, covering South China territory.
We are looking for seasoned, successful software sales people who are seeking a challenging opportunity in one of the newest and fastest growing areas of the information industry in China.
The IBM Netezza Sales Specialist is responsible for sales, sales strategy and customer satisfaction for a targeted set of accounts You will work to create solutions which are tailored to client's specific business needs and will be able to demonstrate to your customer high value industry expertise and though leadership to establish and maintain your credibility and relationship with your accounts. You are an experienced self- starter who is accustomed to selling to C-level executives and understand how to articulate both business and financial value to your customers.

Your Responsibilities will include:
-- Sales of Netezza appliance to a variety of business units within organizations in order to increase their competitive position, improve internal efficiency and maximize business return on their IT investment. Success will be measured on revenue attainment for the assigned territory.
-- Developing the sales strategy and delivering key presentations and proposals at all levels within customers.
-- Maintaining strong relationships with executives and influencers in the IT and Line of Business organizations in these accounts.
-- Creating solutions which are tailored to client's business needs and integrating the brand capabilities in a way that is valued by the customer and superior to the competition.
-- Promoting specific brand capabilities to develop a winning solution which addresses the client's unique business needs.
-- Accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline generation.
-- Demonstrated experience working with customers in developing and closing solution-oriented deals

Required Skills
-- At least 6 years BI sales experience in GB industry
-- Thoroughly understand the client's business, including their organization, financials, competitiveness in the market, and business issues.
-- Knowledge of competitive offerings in the Data warehouse space such as Exadata, Teradata, EMC/Greenplum and others
-- Experience with a formal sales process
-- Strong communication and leadership skills

Required
