Customer Relationship Management professionals focus on delivery, marketing, sales and service transformation. They help our clients acquire, develop, and retain loyal customers, achieve profitable growth, and maximize customer value in their lifecycle. Sales Transformation Domain focus on helping our client to become a world leading sales organization by defining Sales & Channel Strategy, Sales Process Design, Sales Incentive Compensation Planning, Sales Operation Optimization, High Performance Sales Workforce Design and Supporting Technologies Enablement.
Key responsibilities may include:
Consultants
Development of Sales / Channel Strategies
As-Is CRM Capability Analysis & To-Be Capability Design – from Sales Strategy, Organization, Process and Technology Perspective
Business Analyst for major global leading packaged software – such as Siebel, SAP, Salesforce.com - Optional
CRM Solution Blueprinting
CRM Implementation Road mapping
Business Analyst for self-developer solution – such as J2EE and .NET - Optional
Manager
In-addition to consultant key responsibilities,
Planning and managing business diagnosis and planning activities
Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience
Performing/interpreting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients
Planning and managing effort to define to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs
Planning and managing business architecture implementation activities
Monitoring achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and helping to adjust programs if necessary
Helping define the structural and cultural changes required to reach the goal; sequencing those changes
Qualifications:
Experience in Customer Relationship Management Business Acumen
Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
Excellent command of Written/Spoken English skill
3-5 years experience in sales area in large/multi-national corporations or in CRM Consulting firms - For Consultants
5-7 years experience in sales area in large/multi-national corporations or in CRM Consulting firms - For Managers
Candidates can be base in Beijing, Shanghai or Guangzhou
Professional Skill Requirements
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in a fast pace environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in in sales area in large/multi-national corporations or in CRM Consulting firms
