主要职责
1、参与项目的整个生命周期过程包括需求分析，设计，研发，测试以及实施
2、按照Infosys和CMMI质量管理流程实现交付目标
3、项目Leader需要根据项目需要与客户讨论需求，维持客户对项目的满意度

关键要求
1、计算机及相关专业本科以上学历
2、5年以上java开发经验,有团队管理经验,熟悉portlet技术优先;
3、快速学习的能力，能够迅速理解业务相关的知识
4、良好的英文书面与沟通能力
5、良好的团队合作精神


Key Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the full lifecycle of project including BA, HLD, LLD, Coding, Testing and Deployment
2.Execute the project based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines
3.TL will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction

Key Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related major.
2.5 years of experience in J2EE platform,familiar with with portlet skill,has team management experienct;
3.Good Communication Skills both in written and spoken

4.Good team player
