1 主要职责/ Principle Responsibilities/Duties
a) Assist the managers to identify both interpersonal and technical training needs for their areas in order that an Annual Training Plan may be produced which is consistent with senior management requirements.协助部门经理鉴定人际关系和技术培训需求为申请部门以便制定符合高级管理要求的年度培训计划。
b) Provide interpersonal skills training to supervisory levels to ensure training plans are adhered to. 向监督层提供人际技能培训,以确保遵守培训计划。
c) Introduce, maintain, update and implement training evaluation methods to ensure the continued effectiveness of training. 采用,维持,更新和实施培训评估方法,以确保培训的持续有效性。
d) Generate offer letters and facilitate background checks and conduct orientation training for new hires. 提出面试邀约信,做背景调查并为新员工进行定向培训。
e) Facilitate the on-boarding process for new employees including orientation and paperwork.办理新员工入职手续。
f) Screen, hire, and assign workers to positions based on qualifications. 根据资格筛选,雇用和分配工人岗位。
g) Collects the grievance from employees by the means of suggestion box and questionnaires and generates the summary of reports. 通过建议箱和调查表收集员工的申诉,并生成报告摘要。
h) Conduct,Rank B, C staff recruitment, search and arrange the Rank A,B staff interview for HRA Manager, training and development programs for employees and assist with new hire orientation and other HR activities. 执行HRA经理的命令,完成B&C级员工招聘,搜索简历并安排A&B级员工面试。培训并开展新的雇佣方案以及其他的人事活动。
i) Monitor the staff attendance record, staff phone allowance, staff information updated and report to HRA manager monthly. 每月核算员工考勤,电话补贴,更新员工信息并及时呈报人力资源经理。
j) Staff evaluation collection and filing, report to HR manager. 员工评估收集、归档并呈报人力资源经理。
k) Prepares labor contract for employees to sign in line with the legal requirements.准备劳动合同给员工签署。
l) Rank B, C staffs enter /quit affairs handling, new employee training, introduction, staff labor relationship handling with the local government, Staff welfare issue, etc. B&C级员工入职及离职手续办理,新员工培训,引进,处理员工劳动关系协同当地政府,员工福利问题等。
m) Report for Employee’s social insurance(including working injury follow)
员工社保跟进(含工伤跟进)。
n) Salary Calculation.
薪资计算。
o) Company business license, organization code, special equipment re-audit.
负责营业执照,组织机构代码证,特种设备年检。
p) Department Manager emergency working arrangement.
完成部门经理的紧急工作安排。

2 任职要求/Qualification Requirements of the Incumbent:
1) 学历/Academic:
Bachelor Degree (Human Resources preferred)
   人力资源相关专业本科学位
2) 工作经验/Job Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years experience
至少3-4年的工作经验
3) 技能要求/Technical knowledge:
A. Series of training in HR area, recruitment, staff evaluation, teamwork spirit training, salary calculation, etc.人力资源培训,招聘,员工评估,团队合作精神,培训以及工资结算等。
B. HR relates knowledge and working experience is a must.人力资源知识和工作技能是必须的。
C. Has got the experience of staff relationship handling.有处理员工关系的的经验。
4) 其它技能和培训要求/Other skills / Training requirements:
Proficient in MS Office to include Word and Excel精通MS Office包括Word和Excel
5) 语言/Language:
a) 必要项/Mandatory : 普通话/Mandarin
b) 可选项/Beneficial : 英语/English
