Job Title:CSR

Specific key responsibilities:
Provide sales support for existing business, be the interface between the mills and the customers, confirm delivery schedule, register orders, sales follow-up, delivery advice, payments, invoicing, insurance, forex coverage, respect of customer credit limits, intervention for late payments.
Ensure that customers and mills are provided with accurate and timely information on sales transactions.
Input selling and purchasing data correctly into SAP in timely manner.

Job qualifications:
3 years minimum work experience. The candidate will be business driven with ideally a trading background. She has good communication skills to interact with the customers, and is organized and energetic. He/she speaks/writes English and excellent at document management. Experience of international company will be assets.

Profile:
Good understanding of business and customer-oriented mind. Excellent analytical skills, structured mindset, synthesis abilities. Ability to work with initiative and handle multiple tasks with prioritization, self confident and assertive. Able to coordinate business flow in a efficient manner.
