职位设置目的
Purpose of Position:
? Reduce equipment break down times.
? 减少设备故障时间。
? To support preventive maintenance activity.
? 支持定期维护计划的执行。
? To Improve the equipment performance.
? 改进机器的实际状况。

首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
? Establish and maintain a complete set of documented procedures for electrical system and support relative electrical system routine maintenance activities.
? 建立并维护电气设备维修程序，并支持相关电气系统的日常维修活动。
? Achieve and maintain the response times, and work completion time frames, required to meet production and process requirements.
? 及时的响应设备维修要求，并在既定的计划内完成工作，满足生产和工艺的要求。
? To support production equipment PM per scheduled uptime and relative operated within budgeted maintenance costs
? 按计划支持生产设备预纺性维护，且相关的运行费用应在预算内
? Familiar with IEC code, local electrical regulation and PLC control and STD PC control, will be able to provide the professional & stronger support for production equipment maintenance based on existing system.
? 熟悉IEC和本地电气规范，熟悉PLC 和工控机控制系统. 基于现有的系统，在设备维修过程中能提供专业且强有力的技术支持。
? To develop the preventive maintenance program of production equipment maintenance, in order to reduce break down time, work out with relative team or department for electrical retrofit & modification & maintenance.
? 改进现有PM流程，为了降低设备停机时间，与相关团队和部门协调，做好电气维修和电气系统技术改造。
? To assist the relative department for production equipment inspection and final acceptance, and follow up the corrective action.
? 协助相关部门做好生产设备的最终验收和检查，并落实相关的纠正预防措施。
? Supervise contractor’s work; ensure the work meets the proper engineering standards and EHS requirements.
? 监管承包商的工作，确保工作满足正确的工程标准和EHS要求
? To lead a team and successfully complete the project on schedule.
? 带领一个团队按计划完成项目

学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
? Bachelor or college degree ,major in Electrical automatic control or electrical engineering or related and have Electrical engineer certification in effective time
? 本科或者大专学历，电气自动化或者电气工程相关专业，具有有效的电气工程证书
? At least 3 years industry experience in electrical control maintenance or related,
? 在工厂具有3 年以上相关的电气维护工作经验
? Experience in project management is a plus.
? 具有项目管理方面的经验
? Familiar with the related electrical regulations, standards and pneumatic system. Can be debug PLC &STD program with Siemens PLC, Mitsubishi-PLC, Omron-PLC, and VF device, Server modules
? 熟悉IEC和本地电气规范和气动系统，熟悉OMRON , Siemens, Mitsubishi- PLC 控制软和工控机控制系统
? 和伺服系统，能使用PLC软件调试和维修设备。
? Good work attitude and training competence, good communication skill, and good team spirit.
? 具有良好的工作态度和培训能力，良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神
? Good oral and written English abilities and computer skills with CAD.
? 英语读写熟练，具有CAD电脑技能
? L.V Electrician certification in plus
? 具有低压电工证
? May perform or assist in production equipment maintenance that includes but is not limited to for above.
? 能执行或协助设备维修，但不只限于以上工作

? 50% office – computer use, filing, phone, photocopying.
