Job description:
1、Be responsible for drawing up and carrying out SHE management plans.
负责编制项目的SHE管理计划（公司HSE管理体系在项目中的体现）并贯彻执行。
2、Communicate with government relevant department, make sure company operation related to healthy, safety and environmental permissions and (or) licences are valid.
与政府相关部门沟通，确保公司运营涉及的有关健康，安全和环境的许可或执照有效.
3、 Responsible Safety Health Environment internal training, make sure company operation meet environmental and safety system requirements
  负责SHE内部培训，确保公司运营活动符合环境和安全体系的要求
4、Lead, organize and prepare Safety Health Environment activities, improve staff healthy, safety and environmental consciousness
  领导、组织和准备相关的SHE活动，提高员工的健康，安全和环保意识
5、Ensure the whole site safety related issues are dealt with
  确保工厂安全相关问题都得到妥善处理
6、Ensure the safety improvement actions are reviewed and actions taken
  确保安全改进措施的实施及定期审查
7、Completed other assignments related Safety Health Environment item
完成与SHE有关的其它事项


任职要求
Qualification for the position
1、Bachelor or above, major in environmental engineering, safety engineering management related or others.
本科及以上学历，环境工程, 安全工程或其它相关专业.
2、More than 5 years relevant experience in Safety, Healthy，Safety and Environment in large and medium-size enterprises.
5年以上大中型企业SHE方面的工作经验.
3、Hold the certified safety management qualification certificate.
持有安全管理资格证书.
4、Strong communication skill and influence.
沟通能力强，有影响力.
5、Good command of the English language.
