职位描述:
I. Primary Purpose

Responsible for ensuring all products meet Coach quality and design aesthetic standards by providing technical and construction expertise.

II. Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities should include duty statements describing major tasks/duties, essential responsibilities; Begin each job responsibility with an active verb; List 6-10 key responsibilities for each job in descending order of their importance; List each key job responsibility separately and as a complete sentence; List approximate percentage of time spent on each major area/task.

1. Ensure Service Providers are maintaining Coach Quality Standards for both quality and aesthetics.
2. Work with Service Providers on resolutions to cut or replace leather which does not meet established leather quality guidelines for selection or color
3. Work with LM Field Team to quickly replace leather which is deem not appropriate for Coach production to ensure Production Schedules are not impacted.
4. Work with Costing Team to ensure Service Providers are working to fair leather waste factors
5. Work with NY LM Team to commercialize new leathers. Work with the LM Field Team and Service Providers to establish acceptable grading parameters that will maintain Coach Quality Standards.
6. Travel to new Service Providers to educate and establish cutting leather receiving, testing, grading, and cutting guidelines.
7. Work with Product Development Team to establish leather polishing and burnishing standards when appropriate.

IV. Education & Experience Requirements

? At least 5 years working experiences with tannery and finished good operations knowledge
? Experienced in leather management. Branded experience preferred.
? Experienced in cutting of handbags and footwear.
? Good communication skills in written and oral English.
? Computer skill is a must. (excel, words and power points)
