DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services in support of Client's business needs in a safe working environment.
1. General Waste
o Manage General Waste Vendor and evaluate vendor’s performance monthly
o Receive, sort and treat all general waste
o Manage general waste warehouse
o Work out general waste disposal plan and implementation
o Follow up Customs requirement
o Ensure ESH requirement compliance
2. Shuttle Bus
o Manage Shuttle Bus vendor and evaluate vendor’s performance monthly
o Collect, summarize and analyze passenger’s information
o Optimize and improve bus route
o Ensure ESH requirement compliance
o Develop and optimize shuttle bus management documents
3. Customer Service / Client Relationships
o Keep good communication with clients.
o Ensured Key Operations Procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained.
4. Payment/ billing management
o Do payment report for vendors of shuttle bus and general waste
o Track vendor’s invoice
5.Reporting
o Weekly report
o Monthly report
o Quarterly report
General Requirements:
1. University degree?
2. Relevant experience in Facilities management preferred
3. Strong interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in English (written)
