职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements training classes for product engineers in both structural analysis techniques and software
Carries out the implementation of the Analytically Guided Design Process
Performs analysis in the following disciplines:
Linear Statics/Non Linear mechanics/Fatigue analysis/Kinematic synthesis and analysis/Dynamic analysis (implicit and explicit)/Optimization analysis
Performs dynamic analysis for various mechanisms
Utilizes advanced tools such as fatigue analysis to determine structure life and damage accumulation, probabilistic design
Coordinates the activities of external suppliers for engineering analysis
Develops, documents, and implements analysis techniques for standard components to ensure consistent design practices
Establishes and maintains contacts with universities/industry to be aware of new developments in the CAE industry
Functions as liaison with the Product Development IT team to maintain the software used in CAE functions

Requirement:
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, MS preferred
Minimum 10 years experience with CAE methods and software including Pro/Engineer, Pro/Mechanical, and ANSYS
Experience with structural analysis of cast metal, sheet metal, and plastic components and assemblies
Experience with operating CAE tools
Knowledge of Mechanical CAE industry, processes, and tools
Extensive knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
Ability to make sound decisions without all relevant data present
Well developed conceptual, analytical, and communication skills
Familiarity with industrial design concepts and processes
High degree of analytical problem solving ability using CAE modeling concepts and processes
Expert understanding of modeling technologies and equipment used in FEA, CAD/CAM, and Product Visualization
Ability to develop strategies for improvement of product development through CAE application 举报 分享
