Roles: As Asia Procurement site support for China, own the responsibility to ensure all raw materials right time, right quality and quantity supply to support production. And support finance target, eg. Productivity, minimize lost.

Responsibility:

1. In Charge of imported materials and local materials purchasing activities.
2. Work with planning, suppliers, and other related functions to ensure material supply on time.
3. Negotiate and drive quality resolution within and claim when quality issue happen
4. Work with multiple functions to develop supply risk mitigation plan, and drive new supply source qualification
5. Work with regional procurement and QA to manage supplier, and perform supplier performance evaluation.
6. Ensure contract implementation
7. Support new product innovation,
8. Maintain accurate Sourcing data in SAP

Internal/External relationship

1. Reporting to: Asia Sourcing Manager and Category Leader
2. Close functions related: Asia Regional Sourcing category, Asia Regional QA, Local QA, Planning, OE, R&D, oversea suppliers and local suppliers

Requirement:

1. Education:
Bachelor or above degree

2. Experience:
? Minimum 8 years purchasing or supplier management experience
? 4 years or above working experience in multinational company
? Abundant experience and knowledge on supplier performance management and new supplier development
? Strong project management experience
3. Capability/Skills:
? Good negotiation skills
? Good behaviors, teamwork, time management
? High coordination capability and keep good relationship with multiple functions
? Good learning capability, Self-encourage and strong capability on driving to the result
? Good office software skill, especially excel and Power point
? Good speaking English and written English
? Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
