职位描述：
IT Service Delivery Manager
岗位职责：
- Monitor the local IT services and ensure all the services requests are resolved in line with the Company IT strategy
- Provide third-tier service desk support
- Manage Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, Networking and virtualization projects
- Maintain and periodically review the service improvement plan
- Provide local analytic oversight into Incident Management and Request Fulfilment processes
 
任职资格：
? Degree holder in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related disciplines preferred
? Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in service desk support in English-speaking environment
? Certificate of CCNA /MCSE is an advantage
? Proven knowledge in incident, problem management and disaster recovery
? Hands-on experience in Active Directory, Exchange 2013 and VMware
? Strong managing Services Level Agreement (SLA) skill
