职位描述：

Job Description:
1.All daily functions of assigned distribution account(s).
2.Perform invoicing through our system:ETMS.conduct billings,including associated back-up and documentation.
3.Assist others in their duties with all distribution accounts.
4.Provide daily operational reports that are accurate and timely.
5.Perform daily data entry for receiving,order allocation,shipping and inventory management.
6.Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving,and to ship orders.

7.Prove support with other miscellaneous projects,filing and research.

Qualification:
1. University or college graduate, with 1-3 years of working experiences.
2. Preferably with warehouse management,customs or forwarding experience or knowledge.
3. Fluent written and spoken English.
4. Organized and analytical.
5. Team player and self-initiative.
