Global Operation Sub-Region supervisor-Cantonese

Job description:
1. Responsible for the supervision of activities and resources needed to support the day-to-day efforts of the department and to achieve the business plan.
2. Provides general supervision and direct supervision to highly-skilled non-exempt employees.
3. Applies specialized subject matter knowledge to solve moderately complex issues within established guidelines.
4. Be able to handle most unique situations.
5. May need advice in order to make decision on complex business issues.
6. Provides direction and expertise to departmental teams and participates in cross-department initiatives.
7. Acts as a point of escalation for subordinate employees as well as other supervisors.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or equivalent.
2. Excellence interpersonal communication and presentation skills
3. Experience of working in a multi-national company in contract administration/order handling/process management/finance/accounting/call center job.
4. Excellence organizational skills
5. Strong Leadership skills. Managed a team at least over 15 people.
6. Customer and service oriented
7. Independent, self-motivated with team spirit
8. Well organized with analytical mind and troubleshooting skills
9. Professional working experiences in different positions of international, dynamic and virtual team
10. Proficient oral Cantonese. English skill would be preferable.
